What this website is
This site describes hardscape construction services offered in the Tucson metropolitan area. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, and nothing on it creates a binding agreement to perform work.
These terms are not a construction contract. Work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, the price, the schedule, the payment terms and any warranty. If anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Quotes and pricing
Any price ranges, budget bands or example figures shown on this site are general guidance only. They are not quotes and they are not offers. Actual pricing depends on the specific property, the ground conditions, access, the scope of work and material selections, none of which can be determined without a site visit.
A quote becomes a quote when we have visited the property and given you a written, itemised document. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote itself.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and useful, and it is written from real experience of building in this region. Even so, construction requirements, permit thresholds, product specifications, code provisions and material availability all change, and content on this site may become out of date.
Nothing here is engineering advice, legal advice or a substitute for a permit determination from the relevant jurisdiction.
